The raw material is Highsun Holding Group T2T recycled nylon fiber, produced by chemically depolymerizing waste nylon and then repolymerizing it into high-quality nylon chips, which are subsequently melt-spun and drawn into new nylon fibers. This process enables a green closed-loop system from textile to textile throughout the entire lifecycle, including product design, manufacturing, use, and disposal, ensuring efficient resource recovery and reuse.
Featuring a refined jacquard texture, this fabric is soft, velvety, and richly textured; delicate yet smooth, breathable without stickiness; and UV-resistant (UPF100+ with UVA <5%). Ideal for developing clothing such as T-shirts and polo shirts.
