The raw material is Highsun Holding Group T2T recycled nylon fiber, produced by chemically depolymerizing waste nylon and then repolymerizing it into high-quality nylon chips, which are subsequently melt-spun and drawn into new nylon fibers. This process enables a green closed-loop system from textile to textile throughout the entire lifecycle, including product design, manufacturing, use, and disposal, ensuring efficient resource recovery and reuse.
Featuring a fine-textured dot pattern, the fabric offers elasticity, firmness, and a smooth, even surface that is comfortable, breathable, and non-sticky. It provides UV protection (UPF> 50 with UVA <5%) and is ideal for use in clothing such as T-shirts and polo shirts.
