Haining Sanli Textile Co., Ltd. is a private knitted textile enterprise located in Haining City, Zhejiang Province. The company has obtained certifications including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for ecological safety and GRS (Global Recycled Standard).

Since its establishment in 2004 as Sanli Composite Factory, the company has continuously grown and evolved into an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise specializing in dyeing and finishing, covering everything from weaving to post-processing. With a total investment exceeding 100 million RMB, the company has fully introduced high-speed warp-knitting production equipment manufactured by Germany's Karl Mayer, enabling an annual output of over 6,500 tons of high-count, high-density spandex knitted fabrics.

Located in Haining City, Zhejiang Province—within the Yangtze River Delta—the company enjoys excellent geographical advantages and convenient transportation. Covering an area of 13 mu (approximately 8,667 square meters), the facility features mature infrastructure, comfortable working conditions, and a highly skilled workforce. Its main production line consists of over 80 machines, primarily Karl Mayer’s E40 high-speed 40-gauge high-density warp knitting machines, supplemented by E36 and E32 models.
