(Tubet Textile), based in Shengze, China, is a manufacturing‑and‑trading integrated fabric company with its own weaving mill – Suzhou Baizheng Textile Co., Ltd. We specialize in functional woven fabrics, including double‑layer channel fabrics, high‑strength outdoor Spectra® fabrics, down jacket shell fabrics, and polyester/nylon/spandex woven materials, offering superior quality and competitive pricing to global traders, brands, and enterprises.

Our production capacity is robust: over 1,300 Tsudakoma 8100 looms deliver an annual output of 50 million meters, ensuring high‑quality grey fabrics and punctual delivery. We also operate 500 jacquard looms equipped with Stäubli electronic jacquard machines, enabling custom patterns on double‑layer fabrics. For dyeing and finishing, we collaborate long‑term with specialized mills, and our experienced team guarantees excellent down‑proof performance, water repellency, and clear surface quality on both sides. Our in‑house lamination center for outdoor functional fabrics features 7 advanced composite lines, 2 automated oil‑based adhesive machines, and imported PUR intelligent laminators, laying a solid foundation for future development.

Quality control is stringent: we adhere to Japan’s “Ten‑Point System” and the U.S. “Four‑Point System” for grey and printed fabric appearance, and we work with third‑party testing centers to ensure every meter meets customer satisfaction.

Our product range includes Spectra® fabric – with fiber 15 times stronger than steel, specific gravity below 1, and abrasion resistance exceeding 100,000 cycles, our grid structure balances tear strength, abrasion, lightweight, and cost, ideal for performance apparel and backpacks. The double‑layer channel fabric is integrally woven without lining, offering high density, excellent down‑proofness, water repellency, no adhesive, and enhanced warmth. We also offer heavy‑weight 3‑in‑1 for autumn/winter, lightweight 3‑in‑1 for spring/summer, recycled fabrics, fashion items, cooling fabrics, and moisture‑wicking materials.
