Solarwool is using versatile,recycle,resourceful,natural,non-mulsed and sustainable merino wool material for our customers’ products. That is well-suited for hunting,sports and fashions clothing  due to its own properties like the moisture-wicking,odor-resistant,warm,soft,durable, and UV-protective...etc plus some latest technical treatments which we apply on fabrics’ knitting and finishing.

Solarwool currently owns two factories with 200 professional skilled workers for making all types of merino wool base layers,hoodies,jackets,hats,gloves and socks etc.. These goods are popular for indoor and outdoor activities such as hiking,camping,skiing and hunting,as well as for everyday wear.

Solarwool’s factories and HQ with related RWS,Woolmark,BSCI,and OEKO-Tex standard 100 certifications. Merino materials micron we used from 15.5 to 20.5,and we supply 100% pure wool products as well as some blending functional materials like Cordura,37.5Cocona Nylon or Thermalcool and Thermallight polyester etc. We use traditional ring-spun,compact-spun, core-spun and revolutionary OTW spinning yarns to cover and meet all different products wearing requirements.  

Solarwool’s capacity per month for now can make 150000pcs garments and accessories,and we have a newly set Bullmer automatic cutting machine and 2 sets auto spreaders plus total 7 production lines including 2 sets Jack’s FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System)product assembly lines with 300 sets other advanced sewing and supporting machines. Normally our leading time from yarns to final finished packaged goods is 100-120days while its depending the regular or peak seasons when different brands placed which varies some,and we keep our products good quality rate is over 98% and bad product rate of less 2% in the control.

Solarwool’s terms of payment has 50%,40% and 30% deposit and balance before or after shipments which mostly connect with different countries,time of cooperation and quantities of POs as well as other related factors.
